Hey, you want some Jell-O shots?

[ rita's still trying to pull herself together from the entire fiasco, but the fact that several different women have offered all kinds of alcohol has definitely had its effect in cheering her up. ]

I would absolutely love Jell-O shots.

Okay, I’m heading to the kitchen now.

[ ah. does she have to go to the kitchen too? can't they just steal them and hide in the room? ]

Are they already pre-made? Or are we putting them together first?

[Making Rita come to the kitchen was not part of the plan, but:]

Well, I was going to make them and come to you, but if you want to meet me there, that works, too.

[ she considers this for a second, debating whether she should linger in her room in the meanwhile. it does sound preferable, especially while she'd rather not show her face to the public at the moment. but after brief consideration, she decides on the alternative. ]

How about I help you? It might be a good idea to get some fresh air.

[Hopefully Rita being willing to come out of her room is a good sign, so Yelena will roll with it.]

Okay, in that case I will grab what we need and meet you in the kitchen.

Perfect. Then just let me know if I should bring anything and I will be there.

[ otherwise, she will do the minimum of at least putting on her best face, making sure that her face isn't threatening to collapse again. she does peek out of her room to make sure that the hall is fairly empty too, just so that she doesn't have to worry about running into anyone that she might not be too keen to see (the answer is anyone, but she'd especially like to avoid itachi, if she could help it).

but it isn't long before she carefully slips through the hall, heading straight for the kitchen to wait for yelena. ]
