i find it helps to just keep scrolling and remembering nothing anyone ever shows on the internet is their true self and that the happiness and fortune presented by these people are probably an overcompensation for how empty their lives truly are like 20-second soundbite cries for help in an increasingly vast and vapid void incapable of basic human empathy
